Calling all wine aficionados – The Andalusia Foundation will host its annual Wine Dinner fundraising event on Saturday, April 24, as a virtual celebration. Since health and safety guidelines prevent gathering for an in-person dinner this year, table hosts are encouraged to hold a small dinner party for six at their respective homes.
The Wine Dinner will accommodate 18 virtual tables of six people available for $2,500 per table. Table buyers are encouraged to have a small and safe dinner party on April 24.
We will offer three different wine packages to choose from as part of your table purchase. Five select wines will be shipped to each host by April 24: 1 Champagne, 1 White, 2 Reds and 1 dessert wine. Table buyers will receive tasting notes included with the wines, as well as links to videos featuring the history of Andalusia and Wine Dinner Committee members talking about the wine selections.
The Wine Dinner will also feature an online auction of rare and extraordinary wine lots and wine-related items. The auction will run for one week beginning on April 16 and ending at 10 p.m. on April 24. People may participate in the auction from any location, regardless of if they purchase a virtual table. The online auction link will be available from this page beginning on April 16.
