Andalusia is closed for the season and will reopen on March 31, 2025. During winter months, Andalusia can still accommodate small house tours (up to 12 people). Larger group tour bookings for the 2025 season are now open.

Family Fun Day

Saturday, SEPTEMBER 14
10 A.M.-5 p.m.

Join Andalusia Historic House, Gardens & Arboretum for a day filled with fun for the whole family, including storytimes, craft projects, scavenger hunt, and craft beers. Come and enjoy the activities, or simply relax in our gardens or by the banks of the Delaware River. Picnicking encouraged!

  • CHILDREN’S STORYTIME: At 11 a.m. & 2 p.m., join us for enchanted stories inspired by Andalusia’s botanical and natural wonders! Led by a librarian from the Bucks County Free Library, this entertaining storytime promises giggles, wonder, and a dash of garden magic. 
  • CRAFT BEERS: Our upstream neighbors Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company will be selling craft beers to enjoy during your stay.
  • CRAFTS & SCAVENGER HUNT: There will be free nature-themed crafts available, as well as a scavenger hunt with prizes.
  • HOUSE TOURS: One-hour guided tours of the historic house are at 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. & 2:30 p.m. Reservations recommended. Not included in gardens admission.

  • Admissions are $15 to the gardens, $30 for a Historic House tour plus gardens admissions. Children 12 and under are free. Free for Andalusia Members.
  • Craft activities, scavenger hunt, and the 11 a.m. storytime are free for members or with purchase of a Gardens Admission or Historic House tour.
  • Craft beers are sold separately.
  • Program capacity may be limited by program type, weather, or other factors.
