To ensure we make your visit a safe and enjoyable experience, we have included some important information to know before you arrive.

The Big House and Privies (restrooms) are not wheelchair accessible.
Pathways in the Gardens are made of various materials, including hardpack gravel, pebbles, grass, and woodchips.
Sturdy, flat footwear is strongly recommended for visitors.

Personal photography is allowed, provided it does not disrupt other visitors.
All photoshoots are prohibited. This includes no wedding, engagement, prom, or styled shoots.
No tripods, selfie sticks, drones, lights, or other photo equipment.
No props, furniture, or wardrobe changes.
No flash photography in the Big House.
Photographers wishing to take formal or commercial photographs should email andalusiapa@gmail.com.

Small picnics are allowed at Andalusia. Large gatherings and unauthorized events are prohibited.
Balloons and other decorations are prohibited.
Benches and chairs are available throughout the property. Personal chairs and tables are prohibited, but blankets are allowed.
Large coolers, wheeled coolers, grills, and other cooking devices are prohibited. No tailgating.
Please do not litter. Trash and recycling cans are located behind the Visitor Center.
A limited selection of snacks and drinks can be purchased in the Visitor Center.
Offsite dining options we recommend include King George II Inn (Bristol, PA), Three Monkeys Cafe (Torresdale, PA) and Waterside Café (Bensalem, PA).

Service animals, required because of a disability and trained to perform a specific task, are welcome at Andalusia. Pets are not allowed on the property, even if left in a car.
No smoking.
No photoshoots (see Photography section).
No unauthorized events, weddings, or ceremonies of any size.
No firearms, weapons, fireworks, or other dangerous items or materials.
No recreational vehicles or toys, including bicycles, scooters, hoverboards, skateboards, roller skates, roller shoes, or ride-on toy cars.
Please refrain from conduct that is disorderly, disruptive, or poses risk to others.
Please do not walk in flower beds or pick flowers or plants.
Please do not climb trees or decorative items in the gardens.
Please follow all posted signage.

Please do not touch or use furniture, objects, books, or art in the Big House.
No large bags in the Big House. Small bags must be carried across the front of a visitor’s body.
Please silence all phones and electronic devices during Big House tours.
Visitors to the Big House must stay with their Guide for the entirety of their tour.
Children touring the Big House must remain with parents or caregivers at all times. Strollers are not permitted in the Big House.
The Big House is not wheelchair accessible. Tours last approximately one hour and involve walking, standing, and using stairs.
If taking notes in the Big House, please use graphite pencils only.

Tour dates, times, and capacities are limited to help preserve and maintain the historic buildings and grounds.
Reservations are strongly recommended for all Big House tours and can be made online.
Admission fees are waived for caregivers accompanying individuals with disabilities requiring assistance.
Ticket discounts are not available, but Andalusia offers memberships that grant free annual access.
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for another date or time.
During your visit, you may be photographed or filmed by Andalusia staff. Admission and participation in any of Andalusia’s activities and programs serves as permission for the use of such images by Andalusia.

Visitors to Andalusia are responsible for their own health and safety. Visitors agree that by making a reservation and by visiting Andalusia, that neither The Andalusia Foundation nor any of its trustees or employees will have any liability in the event of any illness or injury while visiting, and expressly release Andalusia or its trustees or employees from any such claims.
